About Doctoral Studies

Pursuant to the Resolution No. 304 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017 “On Measures for Further Improvement of the Postgraduate Education System”, and Resolution No. 606 dated July 19, 2019 “On Improving the System of Targeted Training of Highly Qualified Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Personnel”, as well as in accordance with Instruction Letter No. 01-03/329 dated February 14, 2024 of the Innovation Development Agency under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and taking into account the establishment of a postgraduate education institute in relevant specialties at the National Children's Medical Center, it is considered appropriate to organize admission to the basic doctoral studies (PhD) at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck (hereinafter referred to as the Center). Based on the above-mentioned resolutions and instructions, it is envisaged to enhance the scientific potential of the Center, further improve the system of training highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, and promote innovative research activities in the relevant field.

The department provides broad opportunities for independent research, publication of scientific articles, and participation in international conferences.

Scientific supervisors consist of experienced professors who systematically support doctoral candidates in their research activities.
